Services |
Within
10 days of a claim being placed with our office, a comprehensive
written report is forwarded to the client outlining our
initial contact with the debtor, the debtor's response,
and our reasonable expectation of the collectability of
the account. From that point, periodic written reports
follow. |

Reports |
To
ensure our success, we provide our clients with the information
they need for management control of their receivables
- with up to the minute statistical reports. In addition,
our advanced technology affords our clients the ability
to track progress on individual accounts directly from
their offices. |
| Litigation
Support |
We
are able to take the collection process through litigation
should legal action become necessary. We work with a network
of bonded attorneys who specialize in commercial collections.
We work very closely with these attorneys and we keep
you advised of all on going developments. While we are
the liaison between you and the attorney, no settlement
or legal proceeding is entered into without your express
approval. |
